What happens in the demo
  1. Built by asking. Your shop. Built by asking.
  2. Store anything. The owner asks “Track our installs, and book Harbour Dental for Friday”. An Installs list arrives, with customer, site, date, fitter, hours on site and install cost, the app follows to it, and Harbour Dental’s install lands in it for Friday, Booked.
  3. Your own logic. On the Old Mill Bakery quote, €70.06 including VAT, the owner asks “Add a rush option: 20% extra, 35% if it's needed within 2 days”. With Rush job ticked, the quote becomes €84.07; needed by 24 October, two days after its date, it becomes €94.57.
  4. Runs on its own. The owner asks “Remind me to follow up 3 days after a quote is sent”. An hour later, the Inbox has follow-ups for the two quotes already waiting, Riverside Gym’s and Harbour Dental’s. On Sunday, three days after Old Mill Bakery’s quote, its follow-up lands too.
  5. From material prices to a quote you can check.

Review and replace sample prices before quoting customers.

The existing sign-shop quoting starter, inside a workspace you can keep adapting. Price sheet and roll work with your material, finishing and labour rates, then ask for what else your shop runs on: installs, rush rates, follow-ups.

behind the price.

Material formats affect usage

The finish takes work
Include laminate, finishing, setup and production labour, margin and minimum charges.
The paperwork stays connected
Choose a customer, check the priced quote, review sending and keep the issued PDF.

“Add a rush option: 20% extra, 35% if it's needed within 2 days”

Review the draft comparison before accepting the new rule.

The added option starts unchecked. Selecting it adds 20% after minimums and before VAT. This requested addition is separate from the starter.

From customer
to issued quote.

Customers, material lists and quotes live in the same app. The starter produces the priced quote and document. You review sending; issuing preserves the quote as it was.

Quoting can be
your starting point.

Ask to add an installation tracker linked to customers, with site, date and status. It is an optional extension, not included in the starter or created automatically when a quote is won.

The same workspace can gain supported lists, rules, forms and workflows as your needs change.

Built for the work you come back to.

Useful screens today. The same records tomorrow. Changes you can check before they become part of your work.

Figures follow your rules
Formulas calculate totals from your data. AI-read or suggested money inputs need a person’s confirmation.
Your records stay with you
Save customers, jobs and documents, then return to them. Export your lists when you need them.
You review the changes
Inspect and try proposals before accepting. Changes are versioned; undo can be blocked if it would overwrite later work.
Issued means preserved
Issued records keep their figures and history. A later price or formula change doesn’t rewrite an issued quote.
Room for your team
Invite owners and staff. Owners accept changes to tools and manage billing and the team. Staff use the tools and can ask the agent for changes.

A few things you might be wondering.

What’s in the starter?

The quoter, material and finishing price lists, quote records and a branded PDF. It includes sheet and roll usage, laminate, labour, margin, minimum charges and tax. Rush and installation tracking are requested extensions.

How do I begin?

Use Get started on this page for the sign-shop kit. Confirm the starter in a short first conversation, replace sample prices with your own, and check a familiar job before sending a quote.

Can I bring supplier prices?

Import spreadsheets into your lists. If AI reads or suggests money inputs, a person must confirm them before they feed a calculation.

Can we add installation tracking?

Ask for a customer-linked installation list with site, date and status. Review the proposal and accept it. It is not part of the starter, and winning a quote does not automatically create an installation.
