From a useful screen
to a better fit.

  1. Work with your records

Open customers, update jobs, check a quote or return to a document. You don’t need to open chat to use the tools.

  2. Describe the change

“Add a priority field to Jobs.” Ask from the screen you’re working in, or describe a new tool you need.

  3. Inspect and try the proposal

See the fields, rules and affected drafts. Try the proposed tool before accepting. Discard it or ask for a different change.

  4. Accept and keep working

Owners accept changes to tools. The changed tool uses the same records, ready for ordinary editing.

  5. Connect the next need

Add another list, calculation, form or supported action when the work calls for it. Requests outside current capabilities may not be fulfilled.

Try a small change.

Add Priority to the sample jobs, then open a record and use it.

This bounded example runs locally. No AI runs, no messages are sent, and changes reset on reload. Product undo can be blocked if later work would be overwritten.

Built for the work you come back to.

Useful screens today. The same records tomorrow. Changes you can check before they become part of your work.

Figures follow your rules
Formulas calculate totals from your data. AI-read or suggested money inputs need a person’s confirmation.
Your records stay with you
Save customers, jobs and documents, then return to them. Export your lists when you need them.
You review the changes
Inspect and try proposals before accepting. Changes are versioned; undo can be blocked if it would overwrite later work.
Issued means preserved
Issued records keep their figures and history. A later price or formula change doesn’t rewrite an issued quote.
Room for your team
Invite owners and staff. Owners accept changes to tools and manage billing and the team. Staff use the tools and can ask the agent for changes.
