Terms of Service
Effective October 2026
1. The service and these terms
These terms govern your use of Suppled, a software platform that provides business tools, such as quoters, job trackers, and customer lists, tailored to how your shop works.
When you create an account on Suppled, you enter into a binding contract with Suppled on behalf of your business. If you use Suppled on behalf of a company, partnership, or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Accounts and team members
Access to Suppled is passwordless, authenticated through passkeys or one-time verification codes sent to your verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure.
The person who creates the shop is its owner. Owners may invite team members to use the shop’s tools, appoint additional owners, or remove members. Owners are responsible for the actions of anyone they invite to their team.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts start with a free 14-day trial with no payment card required. During the trial, you have access to all tools and tailoring features.
To continue using Suppled after the trial, an owner must set up a subscription. Billing is handled monthly via Stripe at $49/month, which includes up to 3 team members. Additional team members are billed at $15/seat/month.
All prices are exclusive of any applicable value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or other governmental charges, which will be charged where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, your shop switches to read-only access: your existing records, lists, and files remain intact and exportable, but no new records can be created or issued until a subscription is resumed.
4. Your data and intellectual property
Everything you put into your tools stays yours: your customer lists, price books, material costs, formulas, notes, uploaded logos, artwork, and issued quotes. We claim no ownership over your business data.
You can export all of your data at any time from your settings as a single archive containing CSV and JSON spreadsheets of every list, record history, issued PDFs, and conversation logs.
Suppled and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Suppled platform, the engine, user interfaces, documentation, and pre-built starter kits.
5. AI tailoring and tool responsibility
Suppled includes an AI tailoring assistant that can modify tool definitions, pricing rules, document layouts, and formulas based on plain-language requests.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all pricing rules, calculations, formulas, and documents produced by your tools. While the assistant is designed to propose structured, versioned changes that you can inspect and test, AI output may contain errors or unexpected behaviors. You must confirm that prices, calculations, and quotes are correct before issuing them to your customers. Suppled is not liable for pricing mistakes, quoting losses, or commercial decisions made based on the output of your tools.
Our AI processing uses commercial APIs (such as Anthropic Claude). Under our provider agreements, your prompts and business data are never used to train public foundation AI models.
6. Issued records and snapshots
When you issue a record (such as sending an official quote to a customer), Suppled freezes an immutable snapshot of the record, its calculated totals, and its generated PDF document. Issued records cannot be silently overwritten; adjustments must be issued as numbered revisions.
Real-world effects (such as sending an email to a customer or triggering an external webhook) cannot be recalled once executed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suppled to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or fraudulent quotes.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our infrastructure or reverse engineer the platform engine.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent the platform to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Suppled IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Suppled EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Suppled BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Suppled IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
9. Deleting your account and termination
A shop owner can delete their shop and account at any time through Settings → Your data → Delete your account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: all database records, files, PDFs, conversation history, and active subscriptions are permanently erased.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and fail to cure the breach within fourteen (14) days of notice, or immediately if your use poses a security risk or violates the law.
10. Data processing addendum
To the extent that you use Suppled to process personal data of individuals located in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area, or United States (such as the names, phone numbers, and addresses of your customers), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is incorporated by reference into these terms and forms an integral part of our agreement.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any proceeding to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
